FAQ on CreditApp Income Process & Support

Since the creation of a single deal link, there have been lots of common questions from our dealer partners.

Q: When my client connects a bank account(s) will it automatically send to all banks?

A: No, you control which lenders you send banking to. When banking is available to submit to a lender, you will see a button in the Deals > Overview tab that reads “Available to Submit” for each lender. The only bank that receives banking automatically is Quantifi, since they require it to decision.

Q: Do other banks get reports on NSF’s or negative balances?

A: No, when you choose to send banking using our link, the lender simply receives PDF bank statements, the same way they would if your customer completed the individual banks income link or manually sent bank statements.

Q: What is the purpose of using the CreditApp link?

A: A Better customer experience. If connecting banking, clients only need to connect once vs. 2+ times using other bank’s individual income links.

Save time chasing income, the automated reminder system encourages your client to complete your requests at 9am for 3 days.

You can use the link to collect both income and funding docs. No more emailing and faxing your lenders, simply request what you need and send it directly to the bank once your client completes the request. You can choose to collect only paystubs or statements instead of banking for the lenders that will accept it.

Q: Is there anything I can do to help my client if they’re struggling?

A: YES! We have support resources for dealers to troubleshoot with their clients: https://info.creditapp.ca/faq and https://info.creditapp.ca/successfully-connecting-your-bank

Q: What if my client can’t connect their banking and troubleshooting isn’t working?

A: Text the Income Support line at 362673. We highly suggest saving this 6-digit phone number in your phone as “CreditApp Income Support” - this way you can easily send them a text when you’re having issues! You can also email them at support@creditapp.ca
